Dependent on your particular requirements, our process can encompass some or all of the recruitment steps needed by your facility- from client briefing, marketing, contract negotiations, employment contracts and even transitional training for the new candidate.

Once we receive a full briefing from you on your facility’s particular requirements, a “flat fee” proposal will be sent outlining the services to be provided and a timeline on all activities to be undertaken. It’s important to us to be transparent during the entire process utilising regular communication with you and to most importantly stay neutral when it comes time for contract negotiation.

We do all the work to facilitate finding you not just the best candidate but more importantly the “right” candidate available.

  • Full Marketing Solution

    Compilation of job ad, 30-day ads placed on industry-relevant sites including SEEK.com, plus a featured ad on ClubInc website, relevant social media channels, and featured in two newsletters. All applications are sent directly to you for your review and processing.

    Price: AU$695 plus gst.

    *Additional services available- Reference checks, live interviews, position descriptions, transitional training, and interim management.

  • Express Search - Top 10

    This service is tailored for the small club or business that needs assistance in finding the right candidate, in a short time-frame (30 days). Its also for clubs that want expert advice but may not have the budget to undertake a full recruitment process and will undertake some of it themselves.

    Includes Full Marketing Solution service as outlined above, but all applications are sent to us for review and vetting down to Top 10 candidates. We conduct initial contact of each of the candidates to gather further information. All information is then forwarded to you for actual interviewing and hiring. Our service will include notification to all applicants that were unsuccessful.

    Total package price $3,995 plus gst (T/C applies)

  • Short List Solution - Top 3 (guarantee)

    Includes Express Search – Top 10 services as outlined above, but we vet to the Top 3 candidates. We will facilitate the entire process (except final interviews) which includes finalist reference checks. A 90- day replacement guarantee is included if the final candidate selected does not work out for any reason. (T/C apply)

  • Executive Recruitment (guarantee)

    Includes Short List Solution services as outlined above, but we provide full service from the start of the process to final contract negotiation. We facilitate the live interview processes as required to secure the final candidates. Reference checks and final contract negotiations are all included.

    We will also stay in regular contact to ensure the final candidate has a smooth transition into the role for a 6-mth period after being hired.

    A 180- day replacement guarantee is included if the final candidate selected does not work out for any reason during this period. (T/C apply)
